Speaking at the 2023 Bled Strategic Forum,
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama told the following story:
"I don't know if you've heard about Russia having this negotiation to synchronise the clocks
because they've currently got a nine-hour difference from one side of the country to the other.
The Prime Minister went to Putin and said "Mr President, we have a problem: I sent my family on holiday
and called to say goodnight but it's morning there, and they're already on the beach.
I called Olaf Scholz to congratulate him on his birthday, and he said it's tomorrow.
I called Xi Jinping with New Year greetings and he said it's still the old
year."
Putin replies "Yes, it's happened to me, I called Prigozhin's family
to say I'm sorry for their loss, but the plane hadn't taken off yet".
